The What's Absent Audit

It is easy to find flaws in what already exists. It is much harder to see what isn’t there at all.

Frontier models like Fable 5 are incredibly good at noticing what is absent. Because they have ingested the structure of millions of successful businesses, they can look at yours and immediately spot the missing pieces.

The Prompt

Here is my analytics, my content calendar, and my offer. Do not tell me what is wrong with what exists. Spend your time on what is absent. What is every successful company in my space doing that appears nowhere in my business? What customer am I not even trying to reach? What revenue line should exist and doesn’t? Rank by money left on the table.

Why this works

You are giving the model permission to ignore the immediate problem and look at the structural gaps. This is how you find new customer segments or product offerings that your competitors are already monetizing.
